1. Provider

2. The service

RimRoom is tyre storage record-keeping software for tyre shops. It supports the shop in managing its own business data; it does not perform the physical storage itself.

3. Plans and fees

The currently available plans, capacity limits, prices, access periods and included services are shown on the website and before a paid order. These details form part of the order. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, a one-off payment does not renew automatically. Applicable taxes are shown before payment is completed.

4. Closing an account and exporting data

A free account can be closed at any time. Prepaid access generally remains usable until the end of the purchased access period. Data can be exported before the account is closed; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised when the applicable retention period expires, unless the law requires longer retention.

5. User obligations

The user is responsible for the security of their account password and for having the right to process the customer data entered into the system.

6. Availability

The Provider aims for continuous availability, but the service may be temporarily suspended, in particular for maintenance, security measures or circumstances outside the Provider's control.

7. Liability

The Provider is responsible for operating the software in accordance with the agreement. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of the records entered, its operational decisions and the physical storage of tyres. Mandatory statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
