2. The service

RimRoom is tyre storage record-keeping software for tyre shops. It supports the shop in managing its own business data; it does not perform the physical storage itself.

3. Plans and fees

The currently available plans, capacity limits, prices, access periods and included services are shown on the website and before a paid order. These details form part of the order. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, a one-off payment does not renew automatically. Applicable taxes are shown before payment is completed.

3a. Free trial and annual subscription

New accounts receive a 45-day free trial of RimRoom Pro with every feature and no limit on stored tyre sets. The 45 days start when the first tyre set is stored. No payment method is required and the trial does not convert into a paid plan automatically. When the trial ends, all data stays available for viewing, searching, releasing and exporting; new intake and other changes are paused until a subscription is purchased.

RimRoom Pro costs EUR 399 per year (net) for up to 500 stored tyre sets; RimRoom Business costs EUR 990 per year (net) for up to 5,000 stored tyre sets and priority email support. Both plans include every feature and are billed annually. Applicable taxes are determined from the billing country and VAT number and shown before payment: Hungarian businesses pay 27% Hungarian VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure; businesses outside the EU are outside the scope of Hungarian VAT. The subscription renews automatically every year at the then current price until cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time in the billing settings; after cancellation access continues until the end of the paid annual period and no further renewal takes place. Data is not deleted when the paid period ends.

Early Pro offer: a shop that subscribes to RimRoom Pro before its free trial ends pays EUR 349 (net) for its first paid year; later renewals are EUR 399 per year. The offer applies once per organisation and only to Pro. Subscribing during the trial does not shorten it: the first payment is taken only after the trial ends.

Access purchased earlier as a one-off payment (for example 36 months of RimRoom Pro) remains valid on its original terms until its stored expiry date.

4. Closing an account and exporting data

A free account can be closed at any time. Prepaid access generally remains usable until the end of the purchased access period. Data can be exported before the account is closed; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised when the applicable retention period expires, unless the law requires longer retention.

5. User obligations

The user is responsible for the security of their account password and for having the right to process the customer data entered into the system.

6. Availability

The Provider aims for continuous availability, but the service may be temporarily suspended, in particular for maintenance, security measures or circumstances outside the Provider's control.

7. Liability

The Provider is responsible for operating the software in accordance with the agreement. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of the records entered, its operational decisions and the physical storage of tyres. Mandatory statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
