When you store your first tyre set — not when you create your account. You can set up shelves, import data and invite your team before the clock starts.
No. The free trial needs no card. You only add a card if you decide to subscribe.
If you haven't subscribed, your account switches to read-only mode. You can still view, search, export and release stored sets, but new intake and other changes are paused until you subscribe.
Nothing is deleted. Your data stays accessible in read-only mode, including search, export and releasing stored sets, so you can always hand tyres back to your customers.
The limit counts sets currently in storage. Released sets don't count, so each release frees up space. Pro allows up to 500 sets stored at once, Business up to 5,000.
Yes. Releasing, searching and exporting always work. At the limit you only can't check in new sets until you release some or move to Business.
Yes, any time in the billing settings. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged and you keep the rest of your free period. After a paid year has started, access continues until the end of that year and it doesn't renew.
Not until your free trial ends. Subscribing early never triggers an immediate charge and never shortens your trial.
Subscribe to Pro before your free trial ends and your first paid year costs €349 instead of €399 (excl. VAT). Renewals after that are €399 per year. The offer applies once per shop and only to Pro.
